NEST is undertaking a comprehensive neighborhood revitalization effort known as CHIRP (Crownbrook Homeownership Initiative Redevelopment Plan). The concept behind the plan is to have a cohesive affordable housing development that is supported by homebuyer and financial education, landlord training, economic development, and a Community Building and Empowerment (CB&E) program.
