Con nuestra Educación para compradores de vivienda, estará listo para comprar su primera casa cuando sea el momento adecuado para usted y su familia. NEST te puede ayudar:

Cuando participe en un taller de educación para compradores de vivienda de NEST, aprenderá a comprender la situación de su hogar. Le ayudaremos a encontrar las mejores opciones de compra de vivienda disponibles para usted. Nuestro taller lo ayudará a crear un presupuesto familiar y aprenderá a llevar un registro de sus gastos.

La mayoría de los vendedores de casas requieren una carta de aprobación previa antes de considerar una oferta por una casa; ¡Te ayudaremos con eso también!

 

Al completar el taller, estará preparado en el proceso de compra de una vivienda y con la preparación necesaria para evitar una estafa.
