We Have A History
Established in 2019 by NEST’s Resident Leadership Program cohort graduates to address the limited access to affordable and nutritious food, the Love & Care Community Garden is an active and thriving urban oasis within the Waterbury Crownbrook neighborhood. All of the food that is grown in our garden is given to families in the community.

Our bees work the Love & Care Community Garden all season long. Reserve a jar of raw, local honey — harvested and bottled by hand — and support the garden that grows it.
