We believe resident engagement and leadership are essential for communities to realize their vision for a vibrant and welcoming place for all to call home.  Community Building and Empowerment (CB&E) brings the talents, resources, and skills of people in a community together, increasing their collective capacity, and creating sustainable change.

Positive community change takes time and requires inclusive resident engagement and collaboration among various community organizations. Which is why our programs rely on community and resident engagement, like our Asset Mapping initiative.
