Mascoli Manor (885 North Main Street) is an affordable rental apartment development on a previously overgrown vacant lot in the north end of Waterbury within the NEWPAC neighborhood.  The project consists of ten townhouse style, two- and three-story, 3-bedroom units totaling 14,017 sq. ft. and averaging 1,252 sq. ft. per unit.  Each apartment has its own ground-level access and landscaped entry area in addition to individual rear patios.  The apartments are equipped with high-efficiency gas, hot water, and modern windows and insulation techniques that will ensure maximum energy efficiency for each family.  The design is in keeping with other structures in the area or as any historic or archival photographs may suggest.
