When you participate in a NEST Homebuyer Education Workshop, you’ll learn to understand your household situation. We’ll help you find the best home buying options available for you. Our workshop will help you create a household budget and learn to keep track of your expenses.
Most home sellers require a pre-approval letter before considering an offer on a home; we will help you with that too!
Upon completion of the class, you’ll be prepared to work through the home buying process successfully and with the background needed to avoid a scam.
