RENTAL INQUIRY

Rents are more affordable at Mascoli Manor.  NEST agrees to keep rents affordable for a long time and agrees to rent only to households qualified.  Qualifying can be a more in-depth process than usual rental screening practices, but we are here to assist you in determining if you may qualify for one of our affordable rental apartments.

Income Includes But is Not Limited To:

• Employment income

• Self-employment Income

• Social Security, pensions, SSI, or disability income, AFDC

• Unemployment compensation

• Alimony or child support payments

• Recurring contributions and gifts

• Income from assets – interest, stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.
