Karen Roach

Karen Roach is the Diversity Outreach Ambassador for the Better Business Bureau Connecticut, where she focuses on building relationships within diverse communities and increasing access to resources that help small businesses succeed.

Originally from Nicaragua and raised in the U.S., Karen’s background and upbringing shaped her strong commitment to community, service, and advocacy. Her work is rooted in supporting entrepreneurs, especially those who may not always have access to the tools or information needed to grow.

Karen also serves as the Event Coordinator for the Connecticut Business Networking Association’s Hartford Chapter, where she plans and hosts networking events for business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs across the state. She is passionate about creating intentional, welcoming spaces that encourage meaningful connections, collaboration, and long-term professional relationships.
