About the event
Since 2015, NEST's Resident Leadership Training (RLT) program has empowered community members with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to create positive change in their neighborhoods. Over the years, we've had the privilege of graduating many incredible resident leaders who continue to make a lasting impact throughout Greater Waterbury.
As we celebrate the graduation of our 2026 RLT cohort, we'd love to reconnect with the leaders who helped build this program along the way.

RLT Graduation Ceremony
The RLT Graduation Ceremony is open to all community members, supporters, family members, friends, and guests who wish to celebrate the accomplishments of this year's Resident Leadership Team graduates. We welcome you to join us as we recognize the hard work, growth, and community leadership demonstrated by our participants. *Please note: Guests, family members, and supporters attending the Graduation will be respectfully asked to exit the event space at the conclusion of the ceremony.

The Alumni Mixer is intended to provide a dedicated space for RLT alumni to connect with one another and continue building the relationships formed through the program.
