Historic Groundbreaking Ceremony

After years of planning, collaboration, and community commitment, NEST is proud to officially break ground on six new homes in the Crownbrook Neighborhood.

This milestone represents both the beginning of new homeownership opportunities and the culmination of a vision that has been years in the making. Since 2015, NEST has worked alongside residents, partners, community leaders, and stakeholders to bring this project to life. Together, we are taking an important step toward strengthening neighborhoods, expanding access to affordable homeownership, and investing in Waterbury's future.

Parking & Arrival
